I typically work with clients who have had something traumatic occur in their lives, and they are struggling with moving forward. I am skilled in working with clients who have post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.
My approach
My approach to treatment is a cognitive behavioral approach. An individual’s thoughts impact behaviors and feelings. In treatment, these thoughts will be explored, challenged, and validated at times. Additionally, I believe that core beliefs about the self develop very early in life.
