Hi there, I'm Anne!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut. I have over thirty years of experience in the mental health field, beginning as a Board Certified School Psychologist, then adding Board Certification as a Prevention Specialist, and five years ago starting practice as a Professional Counselor.

My focus

My focus is working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, greif and anger. I also work with people going through periods of adjustment, with changes in relationships, or other significant life events. I focus on creating an open, affirming, and accepting therapeutic space.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is primarily Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, blended with elements of Narrative and Existential therapy.
