I communicate in a cool, accommodating, and kind manner. I take great satisfaction in my ability to listen without passing judgment, and I want you to feel at ease discussing anything with me. I also give assignments to ensure we're improving and not simply talking.

My journey to mental healthcare

My desire to have a significant and good influence on people's lives by offering them skills, support, and compassion to help them deal with mental health issues while encouraging resilience and personal development led me to pursue a career as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

My goals for you

I set clear goals for myself and my clients and see each session as a chance to develop. I approach medication management using evidence-based practice and therapy sessions that use a variety of tactics and tools to tailor our treatment to your specific needs.

We'll begin our first meeting by giving each other a quick introduction before getting right into the difficulties you may be experiencing. This will assist me in developing a customized strategy that we can discuss in our follow-up meetings.
