I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based approaches, and Mindfulness to help you develop practical tools for lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always enjoyed helping people and providing a listening ear. I find it rewarding to be part of someone's journey of self-discovery and growth, helping them overcome challenges and live their best lives.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative process. During our first sessions, we'll explore what you'd like to accomplish and set realistic, achievable goals. Throughout our work together, we'll review and adjust these goals as needed.

We'll explore how you've been feeling, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to accomplish. I'll ask questions to understand your experience and get to know you better. I'll provide a listening ear and answer any questions you have about our work together.
