I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or are going through major life transitions such as job or relationship changes, pregnancy or new parenthood, dealing with acute or chronic illness, or losing a loved one. My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you've always wanted.
My approach
I create an individual treatment approach combining insight-oriented and psychodynamic interventions with CBT, mindfulness-based, and creative arts techniques. My clients engage in talk therapy as well as cognitive and creative activities, and receive instructions on how to practice their skills at home.
