The most important aspect is providing space for you to share who you are, then using perspectives most helpful to you. My focus
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, career concerns, parenting struggles, divorce, and other life changes. You determine the direction and duration of therapy. While present concerns may be paramount, exploring your past can provide valuable insight.

My approach is warm, open, and compassionate. I listen deeply, engage meaningfully, and create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. You set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you. Our work can be modified as therapy progresses to meet new circumstances or challenges.
