I typically work with young adults who may be dealing with challenges regarding life transitions or are navigating the impacts of stressful or traumatic experiences. I work to help clients develop an increased sense of self by improving their reflective capacity, building skills, and developing a more positive outlook on life.

My approach

I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy that varies based on the needs of each individual. Most frequently, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to improve emotional regulation and acceptance, which allows clients to progress towards their goals.

My communication style is calm and empathetic. My goal is to create a safe space that allows clients to open up at their own pace and feel supported and heard.

I entered this field to support individuals through their most challenging moments and help them discover their inner strengths. Witnessing clients grow and develop healthier coping strategies continues to inspire my work every day.
