I work best with clients wanting to address challenges in a mind-body-spirit way and who are interested in incorporating spirituality within therapy. I work mostly with individuals struggling with life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, and stress management.

I use an integrative, holistic approach to help you work through obstacles and reconnect with your inner wisdom, peace, and creativity. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what troubles you and ways to heal that reflect your True Self.

My communication style

My communication style is empathic and direct. I communicate with empathy, and sometimes a gentle confrontation is helpful to clarify thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always the natural counselor among my peers. I wanted to integrate creativity and spirituality in my work, so I refined my approaches with clients in private practice.

I explore your thoughts, feelings, and desires to help clarify goals. We create realistic weekly and long-term goals, continually reassessing for the best result.
