While all are welcome, my practice is especially dedicated to supporting women through life's transitions.
My focus
I support women navigating pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, infertility and reproductive trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, career changes, relationship shifts, aging, becoming a caregiver, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, identity, self-worth, and personal growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of each person's unique experience. Repair and healing happen in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel heard, seen, and empowered. I integrate psychodynamic therapy and trauma-informed care, attending to emotional and physical well-being.
