I work with clients from diverse backgrounds with different needs and goals. My experience has been primarily with veterans and women's issues/relational difficulties, and I am trained in several therapeutic modalities including certification in trauma processing.

Divorce, marital issues, and difficulties dealing with an empty nest are often the factors contributing to depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I want to be able to guide you through life's ups and downs and empower you to make choices that will shape your path moving forward.
