I believe in individualized strength-based treatment as a center for making changes in the lives of my clients. Each person has unique needs and goals.

My focus

I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use recovery, and maintenance. I offer evidence-based treatment at a pace that is set by the client.

I make it my mission to find out how I can best help them to achieve their goals using my experience in the field.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been curious about how people make decisions in their lives and how these decisions have led them to different solutions. I have enjoyed reading mysteries and science fiction, and this also led to my curiosity about how people think and act.

Our first session

I inform clients of my style and how I normally view therapy. I normally start with their presenting problem and collect the information they feel at ease sharing at the start of treatment.
