Hi there, I'm Stefania!
Having worked in various settings including in-home, school-based and outpatient, I know therapy is never a “one size fits all” approach. I meet clients where they are, and that starts with a building a strong therapeutic rapport and showing up empathically and authentically.
My focus
I join with clients in helping them set and achieve their goals around symptom reduction, increased self-esteem and confidence, and overall social and emotional growth. I know progress is not linear and I work with clients through that path to wellness.
My approach
Although I may pull from many different evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, solution focused therapy and client centered therapy, I don't consider myself a specialist in any one area as i think therapy should be tailored to the individual.
