I encourage direct communication about your comfort in therapy and how you're feeling about our match. I'll always try to be flexible with scheduling as best as possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

Helping others has always been my passion. I began working at a special education school, then transitioned into home-based work with children and families. My practice evolved to include working with adults independently. As a mother myself, I model empathy and care in both my professional and personal life.

My goals for you

I'll always do my best to help you reach your goals. I enjoy allowing you to lead goal setting while offering insight and suggestions. We'll check in regularly on your progress, and goals may shift as needed if additional stressors arise.

Our first session

During our first session, I'll gather information about your presenting problem and current symptoms. We'll discuss any past mental health struggles and prior therapy experiences. Together we'll develop goals that will be the focus of our sessions moving forward.
