I am a psychotherapist who is solution-focused, person-centered, and mindful. I use a heart-centered approach and, at times, may use art and imagination in working with you. I look forward to working together to create a plan to reach your goals.
My focus
I work with anxiety, selective mutism, depression, and ADHD. I support patients challenged with divorce, trauma, loss, infertility, and grief. I also address career counseling, college transitions, school issues, and young adult relationships. I have experience with substance abuse, self-harm, eating disorders, and suicide.
My approach
I use an array of counseling techniques, including Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based, Jungian, Person-Centered, Holistic, Mindfulness, Humanistic, Heart-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Existential. I use DBT and CBT as well as Art Therapy and EMDR.
