My approach is most effective for individuals dealing with change and transitions. These problems often present as anxiety and depression. I help clients manage these periods and develop healthy skills to improve their circumstances.

I use both CBT and DBT to allow the client to counter the impact of their thoughts and behaviors to create different life circumstances for themselves and to develop a deeper sense of self and a higher degree of resiliency to process the challenges that life presents.
