My communication style

I create a peaceful environment where you can fully describe what you're feeling. My intent is that every patient walks away feeling listened to and knowing they are an active participant in their treatment team.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before nursing, I worked in the Navy on submarines and then in robotics. I realized I wanted to help people, not machines. I transitioned to psychiatric nursing and now work as a medication provider. I love meeting new people and helping them figure out the best treatment options for their challenges.

My goals for you

Goals are discussed and agreed upon together. For goals to be realized, you must be active in creating them. We'll customize goals to your needs and desires, ensuring they're meaningful and achievable for you.

Our first session

You'll provide a comprehensive history of your mental and physical health, current symptoms, and anything else you'd like to share. We'll discuss whether medications are right for you or if other options should be tried first. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that fits your individual goals and schedule.
