Recurring populations that come to mind when reflecting on my work history include veterans, individuals with substance use concerns, members of the LGBT community, and individuals making significant life changes such as enrolling in college, changing careers, or managing relationships.
My approach
Therapeutic rapport refers to the relationship between clinician and client. Regardless of symptoms or treatment modality, trust, respect, and collaboration between us is most important. Common interventions I use include Adlerian therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches.
