Hi there, I'm Ancquanetta!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Recalibrations LLC. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves, feel truly heard, and work through life’s challenges without judgment. My role is to meet you where you are and help you Realize, Reset, and Release so you can move forward feeling.

My focus

I work best with teens and adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or disconnected from themselves after trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, or major life changes. I also support couples struggling with communication, trust, and emotional connection.

My approach

My approach is warm, compassionate, and real. I meet you where you are without judgment, while gently helping you explore the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build practical tools that support healing, growth, and meaningful change.
