My approach to therapy is to get to know my clients and what works for improving their mental health, whether it's books, worksheets, videos, music, movement, etc. Then we use those methods to best replace maladaptive behavior and thought patterns with new and healthier ones while also building resilience and self-love.

My mission statement is to help build stronger and healthier families where individuals can learn to thrive, be happy, take charge of their lives, and make changes that will have a rippling effect on those around them. I mainly work with couples, those experiencing anxiety and depression, clients of color, military, and LGBTQ+.
