My communication style

My communication style is straightforward and clear. I always try to provide a safe and comfortable space for honesty and authenticity as we work together towards our mutual goal of improved mental health.

My journey to mental healthcare

No doubt, I was drawn to the study of psychology as a college student in an effort to learn more about my own personal challenges and life experiences. We all have a history that affects who we are and how we cope with the ups and downs of life.

My goals for you

I primarily rely on talk therapy to achieve therapeutic results. I believe strongly in the mind/body connection, stress reduction through healthy eating, exercise, and adequate sleep hygiene. I encourage self-care, healthy boundaries, and consistency in therapy.

Our first session

An initial session is for information gathering, creating a comfortable environment, and determining whether we are a good fit for one another.
