I help individuals, couples, and families with addictions, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, impulse control, life transitions, and substance use. I also help seniors balance mental and physical health while adjusting to caring for loved ones.

My approach
My approach to therapy is a combination of client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive, and dialectical behavior therapy. I believe that therapy is motivated by self-direction, empowerment, peer support, responsibility, and hope. Together, we will create a treatment plan that is unique to your specific needs.
