I am a therapist who has a passion for helping others break free from burdens. I believe our deepest secrets can be blockages to moving forward in life. My mission with every client is to create a space where they feel safe to be authentic while learning ways to regain control of their lives.

I typically focus on trauma or helping clients navigate challenging life experiences.

My approach

Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution Focus, and Narrative Therapy are my most common theoretical approaches.

My communication style

I have a person-centered pattern of communication; Non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive. I am laid back and allow clients to take the lead in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started off doing assessments for families in need of food, housing, clothing, and therapeutic services, and then transitioned into working with kids in the foster care system.

My goals for you

From completing the assessment, I will know what goals need to be worked on. However, I will always ask the client what goals they would like to work on during sessions.
