My focus
I enjoy working with First Responders, Service Members, Teachers, Aviation, and other professionals. My passion is giving back to the givers who make a difference, to make the greatest impact possible. My clients live mostly stable lives, with obstacles getting in the way of their best selves. They're looking to detox & get back to or create new.
My approach
I work from a transformational EMDR therapist model, including other modalities. We could transmute trauma, uncover barriers, or discover your best self and life. The goal is consciousness, giving choice, creating empowerment. I do not do severe stabilization work in tele-health and require people be at the appropriate level of care to participate.
