I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also work with depression among children, adolescents, and adults. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My experience working with clients includes control issues, isolation and loneliness, finding life purpose, men's issues, mood disorders, multicultural concerns, panic disorder and panic attacks, personality disorders, social anxiety and phobia, workplace issues, and young adult issues.
My approach
The primary theoretical framework I lean on is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize Person-centered therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
