In sessions, I focus on possibilities, resolutions, strengths, and solutions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and narrative.

I usually work collaboratively with clients. I want clients to feel safe and secure. I want them to know that there is no judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist because of my desire to assist people make sense of their circumstances and their lives. I want to help people connect with their strengths.

Goal setting is an important part of therapy. Based on the present issues, together with the client, I identify measurable goals to assess therapeutic progress.
