My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began at a young age, as I have always been in a helping role in my family. Through my life, I have always been that go-to person with my friends and family for advice and just being a listening ear. I'm continually striving to help people reach their full potential for positive growth and happiness.

My goals for you

I strongly feel that therapy is a collaborative effort. Together, we will identify and set personal goals, eliminate or manage symptoms, and improve your quality of life. I'm here to provide you with the support and tools you need to continue to move closer to where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss your background, your motivation for treatment, and begin identifying your goals. Therapy is a continuous process, and it's okay to feel nervous about your first appointment.
