My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a passion for helping others and care deeply about people. I wanted to address the stigma around mental health care and meet the need for accessible support, which led me to this field.

My goals for you

I'm a guide in your journey. You set your own goals based on what you want, not what others expect. I help ensure your goals are achievable and support you in reaching them. I believe you can achieve nearly anything you set your mind to, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.

Our first session

Our first session is exploratory. We'll discuss what you want from counseling, any past therapy experience, and get to know each other. I recognize that opening up to a stranger can feel strange, so I aim to make the introduction as comfortable as possible.
