My approach
My approach involves Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, specifically Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, promoting emotional well-being through short-term therapy with long-term results. I also use Reality Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
