Everyone needs support sometimes—and I’m here to help. I work with ages 7–25, helping navigate life’s challenges with care, compassion, and understanding. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, or parent–child struggles, we’ll work together to find healing, growth, and a sense of empowerment along your journey.

My focus

I use creative, play-based methods to help younger clients express themselves naturally and comfortably. With teens and young adults, we build insight, coping skills, and confidence to face life’s challenges and daily stressors. Whether you’re seeking support or guidance for you or your child, I’m here to provide authentic and thoughtful help.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been driven to help others. Early in my career, working with trauma survivors showed me the strength and growth people can find even in hardship. My passion is to offer an empathetic, nurturing space where individuals and families feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
