I am open, honest, and direct while being compassionate and understanding. I practice active listening and provide opportunities for you to reflect on your experiences. I have an empathetic and calm tone and will be as patient as you need me to be.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a heart for people and wanting to see them succeed. I am passionate about people believing in themselves and their capabilities, no matter what is occurring in life. My love for helping others develop the skills and mindset they need fueled me throughout my training.

My goals for you

I believe you are the expert on yourself. I come alongside you to guide you through the process and assist you in setting and achieving attainable goals. I provide perspective so you can make well-rounded decisions and feel empowered to make immediate and long-term life choices.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. We will review any initial assessments you completed as well. It's completely normal to feel nervous if this is your first time in therapy.
