My approach
I use strength-based exercises that highlight what's working rather than what isn't. Through CBT and DBT, we address underlying thought patterns contributing to unwanted feelings and behaviors. DBT tools like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance help restore balance to imbalanced areas of life.
