I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Focused CBT practitioner, and Youth Crisis Intervention specialist. Through my practice, Oh Ra! Holistic Healing, LLC, I provide therapy, training, and workshops that integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens.
