I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) aspects in conjunction with humanistic strength-based counseling theories.

My communication style

My area of interest and expertise lies in the sphere of relationships; in particular, the relationship one has with one's Self. I believe that this relationship, formed early in life, impacts one's ability to be fully present and engaged in relationships with spouses, partners, children, friends, and colleagues.

My journey to mental healthcare

In choosing to work in a helping profession, I chose mental health counseling to directly impact people's lives by helping them overcome personal challenges, navigate difficult emotions, and improve overall well-being.
