We set goals together based on your input and desired outcomes. We work collaboratively to distinguish helpful and healthy choices. Depending on your needs, we may establish short-term goals, long-term goals, or both.

Our first session

The first session should start with hearing the client's concerns and gathering as much needed information as possible. Helping them to articulate perceived problems and gain as much insight as possible with input from the therapist. The client will be able to hear input from the therapist and determine if rapport is being developed.
