My focus

I see individuals, families, teens, and children. As a trauma therapist, I can assist you in healing from past trauma and help you feel empowered with resources and skills through EMDR and Internal Family Systems. When reprocessing memories from trauma, you need a therapist who can give you the resources to cope and process safely.

My approach

I use a holistic and trauma-informed approach to treating mind, body, and spirit. Techniques are integrated depending on your needs. The most common approaches I use are CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and IFS. Together, we'll work to help you grow and understand life's twists and turns.
