Hi there, I'm Keith!

Life's challenges can feel overwhelming—worry, sadness, or isolation. I'm here to help. My goal is for you to feel free to address difficulties in any part of your life in a safe and productive way. Whether you want to address a specific concern or more generally live a richer life, I would be happy to support you.

My focus

I support clients facing depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, OCD, faith-related concerns, and addiction. Every client is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all in counseling. I focus on you, not your diagnosis, to address what matters most. If you'd like, I welcome discussing how your religious views may influence your life.

My approach

I use evidence-based practices while considering your unique situation. I create a space where you can authentically show up without judgment. I take a two-pronged approach: collaboratively identifying what can be done now to work toward goals and feel relief, then exploring why the difficulty arose to address the root cause.
