I support clients facing depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, OCD, faith-related concerns, and addiction. Every client is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all in counseling. I take a two-pronged approach: collaboratively identifying what can be done now to work toward goals and feel relief, then exploring why the difficulty arose to address the root cause.
