Hi there, I'm Roseline!

I help adults navigate grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, self-esteem issues, couples issues, and relationship problems. I believe having a clear understanding of your goals creates an opportunity to be productive in treatment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on seeing you as a whole person.

My focus

I work with adults from all walks of life, backgrounds, and religions, including those with no religion. I see the person behind the symptoms as a whole individual. I'm comfortable treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem issues, and trauma.

My approach

I use Cognitive-behavioral Therapy, Motivational therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. These approaches help you understand patterns, build motivation, and develop practical solutions. Together, we'll create a path that honors your unique needs and strengths.

My communication style

I provide an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel seen and heard. Actively listening to your story allows me to understand why you're seeking help now and how our collaboration can facilitate growth, resilience, and strength.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a clergy member, I've been in the helping profession for over twenty years. I chose to expand my reach by training as a clinical mental health counselor so I can serve people of all faiths and those with no faith at all. Sometimes we face situations beyond our control, but you don't have to go through these challenges alone.

This approach empowers you to be more involved in your treatment journey, motivates your participation, and enhances outcomes.
