Hi there, I'm Kelly!

I am an LPC with 20 years of experience who specializes in helping people untangle the impact of trauma, navigate relationship patterns, and find clarity in the chaos of everyday life. Whether you’re working through deep-rooted issues or just need a place to talk about how hard things feel, this is a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.

My focus

I work with adults navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout. Many of my clients come from high-stress roles or caregiving professions and are used to being the strong one for everyone else. In session, they finally get to exhale. I often work with people who carry childhood or relationship trauma.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful. I draw from evidence-based practices like EMDR, DBT, and MBSR while also recognizing that therapy is more than just tools—it’s a relationship. Some sessions may focus on processing trauma or building emotional regulation skills, while others may just be about making sense of a tough week.
