Hi there, I'm Robert!
My approach to therapy is client-centered with an emphasis on Biblical teaching. It is my belief that everything a therapist needs to counsel, as well as the needs of the client, is found in Scripture, both the Old and New Testaments. I am convinced the Bible has the answers to all of man's dilemmas.
My focus
The clients I feel the most comfortable working with are those struggling with anxiety and depression. I also am comfortable working with those with marriage challenges and premarital sessions to prepare the couple with tools to help function as God has designed marriage to work.
My approach
I approach therapy from an eclectic or variety of approaches, but mainly from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
