I work with individuals and couples navigating life's challenges and transitions.

My focus

I have worked with many clients from a variety of diverse backgrounds. Many of my clients include those who are having difficulty with stress, anxiety, depression, and managing who they are in an ever-changing world.

My approach

I like to try and stay very present with all of my clients, thus coming from a very person-centered stance. Theoretically, I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy.

My communication style

I'd like to be a very active listener, reflect on what has been told, as well as ask many questions to seek understanding, to ensure that I have a clear understanding of the information being presented.

My journey to becoming a therapist started with working with many diverse clients, and then my journey led me to where I currently reside.

To set treatment goals, I like to ask clients what their goals are and what it is that they would like to improve on during the course of our time together.
