I am licensed in Georgia and North Carolina with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression.

My focus

I work with young adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Our goal in therapy will be to build effective coping skills, goals that are both empowering and achievable to help you manage.

My approach

I am a trauma-focused therapist. Trauma causes a significant imbalance in what our reality looks like and how we interpret it. I specialize in trauma informed psychotherapy and have been in practice for the past 10 years. My practice focuses on rebuilding a person’s individual understanding of their self-worth.
