Hi there, I'm Melanie!

I'm here to make sure that your goals while in therapy are accomplished. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space to promote your emotional wellness and personal growth.

My focus

Have you been struggling with depressive thoughts and loss of interest in daily activities you once enjoyed? I work with adults of all ages experiencing self-doubt, grief, and working through trauma. I will work with you to increase coping skills and create a plan for empowerment and a greater quality of life.

My approach

I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and mood regulation.
