My communication style is gentle and approachable. Working with me feels like having a thoughtful conversation where you can feel genuinely heard and explore your experiences freely. Together, we'll make sense of patterns, consider new perspectives, and work to better understand yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I'm passionate about helping people discover new perspectives on themselves and their lives. I believe that when we begin to see ourselves differently, we create new possibilities for how we live, relate, and move forward. I'm continually inspired by the growth that can emerge through a genuine therapeutic relationship.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with flexibility and collaboration. Together, we'll identify what you hope to gain from therapy and create goals that support your growth while adapting them as your needs, insights, and priorities evolve.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, begin understanding your experiences and goals, determine an appropriate session frequency, and leave time for any questions you may have.
