I work with adults, teens, and couples. I mostly treat clients with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, difficulty in communicating, and relationship problems.

My approach

I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and person-centered, narrative therapy to help my clients achieve their life goals.

I provide an environment that is non-judgmental, fostering unconditional acceptance, and building resilience. I love to motivate and encourage, and provide tools that will help my clients to flourish and be their best authentic selves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I thoroughly enjoy helping others. Being able to see the successes of my clients' healing from their life challenges and past traumas is very fulfilling.

I like for my clients to be involved in the goal-setting of their treatment. This allows my clients to be invested in their treatment journey.

Our first session

During the first session, we are getting to learn and know one another. Building rapport with one another. I also like to utilize that time to get to know what the client's goals are and what my client's expectations and preferences are for their treatment journey.
