I entered this field driven by a passion for helping others navigate their most difficult moments. Supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and life transitions has deepened my commitment to creating spaces where healing and growth can flourish.

During our initial session, we will work towards building a close rapport, gathering some historical information, identifying and creating treatment objectives that may be centered around decreasing maladaptive behaviors, crisis management, stabilization, and life-worth living goals.
