I have a background in education and business and a desire to help people find psychological wholeness.

My focus

I work with a variety of adults. I believe that symptoms are often the psyche's way of attempting to address underlying issues and imbalances in our lives.

My approach

I believe self-awareness, self-understanding, and self-acceptance are three pillars to fostering our truest selves. I also like to explore the unconscious by working with dreams and reverie.

I like to work collaboratively with clients. I believe we are our own experts when we are able to admit and understand what our truest self desires.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am inspired by the early psychoanalysts and theorists of this very new field of science. I am inspired by their curiosity and resistance to foreclosure.

I believe goals are often moving targets and that it is necessary to allow for self-discovery, intuition, and growth to help direct and redirect goals throughout life.
