Hi there, I'm Judy!

I am known as a warm and engaging counselor with great intuition and insight. I am an active partner in the counseling journey, developing your goals and providing feedback. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Board Certifications in telemental health, anxiety, addicitons and coaching. I see clients ages 30-99.

My focus

My clients are adults and the elderly. I see clients individually, as couples, and in groups. I have extensive experience with work issues, such as stress and burnout. I also specialize in international cultures. My motto is: Work like you don't need money. Love as you'll never be hurt. Dance like no one is watching.

My approach

I have been practicing for decades and have developed comprehensive therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual. My primary approach is Adlerian and cognitive behavioral (CBT). Adlerian therapists focus on positives and developing strengths, not deficits. As a CBT therapist, my motto is: 'Don't believe everything you think'.
