As a trauma-informed counselor, I work with those who deal with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions.

My approach

I am intentional about building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. While I use CBT and solution-focused methods, I am an Adlerian therapist who believes in the power of encouragement and empowerment.

My communication style

I work to create a safe space for my clients because I think of therapy as a road trip. My job is to empower my clients to take over the driver's seat in their own lives!

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a background in entertainment, and making the switch to psychology was a seamless effort because I believe everyone has a story! After completing a practicum, I knew that I wanted to serve as an advocate for clients, whether in the community or private practice.
