I work to create a safe space for my clients because I think of therapy as a road trip. My job is to empower my clients to take over the driver's seat in their own lives!

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a background in entertainment, and making the switch to psychology was a seamless effort because I believe everyone has a story! After completing a practicum, I knew that I wanted to serve as an advocate for clients, whether in the community or private practice.

Our first session

During our first visit, I will provide an environment of emotional safety as I gather information about your history. My job is to understand your difficulties from your unique frame of reference.
