I am a counselor born and raised in Atlanta. I work with clients to explore how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect, using an integrated approach that honors each person's unique experiences and goals.

My ideal client is one who is open, engaged, and ready to work. It is so important to understand that therapy is where we learn the tools, but we have to be willing and ready to put them into action to have peace of mind and improve the overall quality of life.
My approach
I offer an integrated holistic approach to therapy that includes psychoeducation, family systems, cognitive behavioral, brief and solution-focused, and motivational enhancement techniques. I am interested in the mutual development of therapy goals with my clients while exploring and educating them on how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect.
